The Home

This beautiful new, and award-winning, build was completed in late 2018 by luxury home builder Brian Burke Homes in a leafy riverside suburb in Perth. Meticulously built and styled, the home is finished to an incredibly high standard.

Our clients were the home owners, a stylish couple, who had an incredible vision for the warm, inviting home they wanted to create for their family. The owners involved us early on in the build process and we worked with the client and their interior design team, LaVie Interiors, to finalise the lighting design and of course, the lighting selections.

Strongly influenced by the transitional style of architecture found on Long Island in New York, these clients could clearly articulate the aesthetic they wanted to achieve from the beginning and really wanted to make feature lighting a design element of their home.

It was ultimately a very collaborative approach, working with our client, their builder and their interior designer. We are so pleased to have helped our clients to realise their vision for their spectacular family home.

This home was awarded the 2019 Master Builders Association Housing Excellence Awards, Best Contract Home $2,500,000 - $3,500,000.

Flanking the fireplace in the lounge room are the Camille Sconces in Bronze, featuring an elongated crystal rod

Upstairs, central to the bedrooms, is this sitting room, featuring the Georgian Hurricane Wall Sconce in Polished Nickel

The Master Bedroom, Ensuite and Dressing Room

The Master Retreat is a stunning adult escape, featuring the Simple Scallop Chandelier in Soft Silver with Silk Shade and the Basil Large Flush Mount in Polished Nickel with Frosted Glass

Flanking the mirrors in the ensuite are the Drunmore Single Sconce in Polished Nickel with White Glass, providing both feature and functional light

Further detail of the Drunm o re Single Sconce, in addition to the stunning Jacqueline Chandelier in Burnished Silver Leaf with Clear Glass featured in the incredible dressing room

The Girls & Boys Bathrooms

In the girl's bathroom, the beautiful Ralph Lauren Allen Single Sconce in Polished Nickel with Glass Rods lights the vanity on either side of the mirror, while in the boy's bathroom, a more industrial feel is achieved using the Robinson Medium Pendant in Bronze with Clear Glass

The Powder Room & Garage

The Etoile Sconce in Aged Iron with Natural Paper Shield features in the Powder Room servicing the garage and mudroom areas, while in the garage, the wash zone channels an industrial feel using a duo of Eugene Pendants in Bronze.
